Returns

We have a 14 day returns policy from the date that your purchase was received. Garments must be returned unused with all tags and packaging intact. If these criteria are not met, then unfortunately, the refund/exchange will not be processed.

 

We do not accept refunds/exchanges on our SALE items (only exchanges, including any item purchased with a discount code).  Please email photos/details to customerservices@noirldn.com and our customer service team will assist you. Please do not send any items back until confirmation from our team.

 

Please note that cost any return delivery is to be paid by the customer and NOIR|LDN currently does not reimburse the customer. If you are returning a faulty item, we will offer you a free delivery for your exchanged item.

 

 

How do I return an item?

  1. Download our return forms HERE (this must be filled out and sent with your parcel - you can find this in your parcel also)
  2. We advise to use a reputable courier tracked service. We are not responsible for any delayed/lost returns.
  3. We do not provide pre-paid returns label and the returns shipping is cost is covered by the customer.
